Course Description
Part One of SFA's two part Senior Fitness Instructor educational program is introductory in nature. It's the first step for those who plan to lead active older adults in safe, effective and fun group exercise programs. You'll be ready apply your skills in health clubs, recreation departments, YMCAs, JCCs, community wellness programs, etc.
