Part One of this two part educational program is introductory in nature. It is your first step in gaining the skill required to provide the best specialized one-on-one training for older adults ranging from typical healthy individuals, to post-rehab stroke and cardiac clients, to active senior athletes.

- Complete instructions and all required testing materials
- Accepted for 15 hours credit (1.5 CEUs) by most fitness organizations
Successful completion of Part One requires achieving an 80 percent score on the open book, multiple-choice test included with your study materials.
You will earn a validation certificate accepted for 11 hours (1.1 CEUs) by most fitness organizations.
